The Galerias Lafayette Group - through its Motier holding company - now holds 51% of the control of La Redoute, with the aim of making the acquisition 100%.
From the merger of the two large companies, a new leader in the European Omnicanal Retail market will be born, in terms of fashion and decoration.
After having successfully committed to implementing an ambitious transformation plan in 2014, La Redoute is today one of the leaders in e-commerce in the fashion and home sectors.
